Marketing for a personal trainer has never been easier, increase your earnings with new clients and PRO-level visibility, we take care of everything!
We get this asked often! YP Trainer was created to help wellness professionals emerge as entrepreneurs of themselves and established freelancers affirming their personal brand. Furthermore, with a view to leaving each professional with maximum freedom, YP does not provide % earnings on your sales but only a rental fee if you decide to use our spaces. If you then want to discover the advantages of the PRO version, only then you will pay a small monthly fee for all the additional tools you find in PRO.
First of all visibility. Once registered you will become part of trainers network available to YP Trainer customers. You will have access to a professional, equipped space where you can train in complete privacy. You will not be bound by fixed costs or commissions for this type of service, nor will commissions be requested on the proceeds of the lessons. You will be supported by a team dedicated to marketing and management.
In the free version, clients can be acquired for free but YPT does not guarantee the take-over of new clients. The best way to receive them is to complete all the info in your profile, have an accurate description, nice photos and adequate experience and training. Another way to acquire new clients is to pair yourself with our studios (after the 3rd booking in your favorite studio you will be visible to clients looking for a professional in that structure). Last but not least, by switching to pro you will be increasingly visible and your profile will be verified by our team and will obtain the blue checkmark.
Yes, each personal trainer can set their own rate with a minimum of €25/h. YP will not take any % on your lessons unless you decide to sell them online within the PRO version. Each Personal Trainer can decide with their client the package and payment methods in complete autonomy: from the medical history, to the sale and the methods of providing their service.
Sessions can be held in our YP studios, outdoors, at the client's home or online. You can specify your working methods within your profile.
The client who chooses to contact you will send you a request via email (for this it is essential that you put our emails in the inbox and that you mark them as important), once you have received their request you can organize yourself in complete freedom.
We recommend hiding your profile only if you are NOT looking for new clients. Alternatively, it is advisable to make the profile visible and enrich it with photos and the most detailed information possible. In doing so, clients will have the opportunity to find your profile and contact you directly, even just to ask for information. To change the status of your profile you just need to go to profile > edit profile > and make it visible or hidden.
Every professional should have their own insurance both for themselves and for civil liability towards third parties. In your profile you can specify whether you are insured or not, in general however if you are not you can access our agreement (profile > agreements). These are very convenient policies and for a hundred euros your professionalism and safety are at stake.
No, it is not necessary to have a VAT number to register to YP Trainer.
