This policydocument provides information about the technologies that enable this Application to achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Data Controller to collect and store information (for example through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (for example by running a script) on the User’s device when the latter interacts with this Application.
For the sake of simplicity, in this document such technologies are collectively referred to as “Tracking Tools”, unless there is a reason to differentiate them.
For example, although Cookies may be used both in web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to refer to Cookies in the context of mobile applications, as these are Tracking Tools that require the presence of a browser. For this reason, within this document the term Cookie is used only to specifically indicate that particular type of Tracking Tool.
Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may require the User’s consent. Where consent is given, it may be freely withdrawn at any time by following the instructions provided in this document.
This Application uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Data Controller (commonly referred to as “first-party” Tracking Tools) and Tracking Tools that enable services provided by third parties (commonly referred to as “third-party” Tracking Tools). Unless otherwise specified in this document, such third parties may access their respective Tracking Tools.
The duration and expiration of Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on the settings adopted by the Data Controller or by each third-party provider. Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what is specified in the description of each of the categories listed below, Users may obtain more detailed and updated information on duration, as well as any other relevant information — such as the presence of additional Tracking Tools — by consulting the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers (via the links made available) or by contacting the Data Controller.
This Application uses Cookies commonly referred to as “technical” Cookies or other similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary to ensure the operation or provision of the Service.
This Application uses Tracking Tools to improve the quality of the user experience and to enable interactions with external content, networks and platforms.

Where the use of Tracking Tools is based on consent, Users may provide or withdraw such consent by setting or updating their preferences through the relevant privacy choices panel available on this Application.
With regard to third-party Tracking Tools, Users may manage their preferences by visiting the relevant opt-out link (where available), using the tools described in the third party’s privacy policy, or by contacting the third party directly.
Users may use their browser settings to:
view which Cookies or other similar technologies have been set on the device;
block Cookies or similar technologies;
delete Cookies or similar technologies from the browser.
However, browser settings do not allow granular control of consent by category.
Users may find information on how to manage Cookies in some of the most popular browsers at the following addresses:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Microsoft Edge
Brave
Opera
Users may also manage certain Tracking Tools for mobile applications by disabling them through the relevant device settings, such as mobile advertising settings or general tracking settings (Users may consult their device settings to identify the relevant options).
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Users are informed that they may make use of the information available on YourOnlineChoices (EU and UK), Network Advertising Initiative (USA), Digital Advertising Alliance (USA), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar services. Through these services, it is possible to manage tracking preferences for most advertising tools.
Accordingly, the Data Controller recommends that Users use such resources in addition to the information provided in this document.
The Digital Advertising Alliance also provides an application called AppChoices, which helps Users control behavioral advertising on mobile applications.
Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Tracking Tools. However, please note that Tracking Tools enable this Application to provide Users with a better experience and advanced functionalities (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Tracking Tools, the Data Controller may not be able to provide the related functionalities.
